Official Statement of S.T.F.A.:
1. We are concerned about the current social issues in Hong Kong and we take a stand of non-participation in any political activities as usual.
2. Recently, we learnt that a “S.T.F.A. teachers, students and alumni joint signature campaign” was organized by some S.T.F.A graduates. We now make a solemn statement that both the opinion and the standpoint of the aforementioned campaign is of absolute irrelevance to S.T.F.A. and all the S.T.F.A schools. We are extremely concerned that our alumni, parents and students feel disturbed by the activities organized and messages publicized by the campaign.
3. All S.T.F.A. schools have always taken a firm stand to keep politics out of schools. We aim to cultivate proper moral values in our students so that they can have critical thinking skills and discern wisely. As responsible educators, we will continue our work with dedication and professionalism and adhere to the principal of putting our students first.
